Founded by Candace Boykins, a dedicated advocate for economic justice, our company is built on a deep understanding of the systemic barriers to employment—and a commitment to tearing them down.
Backed by our nonprofit partner, C&J Migrant Solutions Foundation, we blend grassroots experience with professional service delivery to meet real-time workforce needs.
